Mirrors, shower doors, tabletops, insulated glass, window glass, stained glass windows and textured glass. The gallery features hand blown glass vases, ornaments, pumpkins and bowls crafted by resident glass artists Ed & Barbara Streeter. Owner’s Ed & Barbara Streeter also create blown glass artwork at an electric glass furnace. Together they craft colorful hand blown glass bowls, ornaments, and sculpture from molten 2150 degree glass. Each piece is a vital combination of fire, sand and air. Their blown glass is made using traditional glass blowing techniques. The Streeter’s use many of the same kinds of tools that Barbara’s great-great grandfather used when he created glass as a master glassblower in the 1800's. The main difference is that today’s glass furnaces are fueled by digitally programmed electric furnaces as opposed to wood and/or coal-fired ovens.
